Purpose of the role

The Product Coordinator plays a central role in the supply chain of Resinex. He/she is responsible for the support of one or more assigned product lines. In collaboration with the Product Manager, the Product Coordinator is involved in all activities from purchase to delivery. This position is considered a primary contact for supply vendors

Principal responsibilities

In close cooperation with the other team members Supply Chain, optimize the following:

  • Manage the end-to-end order handling for branded plastic and rubber raw materials 
  •  Assist in the forecasting of a specific product group in line with customer and business requirements
  • Follow up of forecasts and allocation with the supplier
  • Make the necessary changes regarding price and delivery dates
  • Follow up of delivery and payments in collaboration with the logistic colleagues and accounting department
  • Organize customs matters for the growing share of import and export orders
  • Perform stock control and stock replenishment
  • Handle and follow up suppliers’ complaints regarding differences in price, weight, and quality
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor degree or relevant experience
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of Incoterms is a plus
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Good knowledge MS Office
