We are looking for a Technical Service Team Lead who will coordinate a team of European Technical experts to support our business growth and innovation ambitions outlined in Vision 2025. This role ensures the right technical expertise is available across regions and segments to support customers, projects, and the internal organization. The Team Lead provides leadership, fosters collaboration, and works closely with Product Managers, Country Managers, and Segment Leaders to align priorities and drive success.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and coordinate a European team of Technical experts to provide regional and segment-specific support.
  • Oversee the technical project pipeline and facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice transfer across regions.
  • Represent technical success to the commercial organization through regular updates and case sharing.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes flexibility, learning, and impact.
  • Engage directly with OEMs, tiers, end users, and decision-makers to support project development in alignment with commercial team.s
  • Define and monitor KPIs for the technical group, and set priorities in coordination with PMs, CMs, and Segment Leader.s
  • Support the development of team capabilities through targeted training and mentorship.
  • Participate in customer meetings, providing technical input on polymer selection, compliance and regulatory matters, part design, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • Proven background in technical service or application development in polymers.
  • Deep technical knowledge of polymer materials, processing (including injection moulding and extrusion), and design.
  • Familiar with supplier technologies and industry trends in relevant segments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in people leadership and team coordination.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe.
  • Fluent in English.
