The Position:

We are looking for a highly motivated and autonomous Account Manager with B2B sales experience, a strategic mindset, and a results-oriented approach. This person will play a key role in driving commercial growth in the Levante region by managing strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the Engineering Plastics & Commodities sector.

Your tasks:

  • Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Commercial Growth: Plan, prepare, and conduct customer visits to achieve sales goals, proposing additional fit-for-purpose products or services.
  • Commercial sales : Implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives, lead pricing discussions, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Commercial Transformation: Set clear objectives for each customer interaction, tailor standard materials for presentations, and ask relevant questions to gather insights and respond to customer needs.
  • Commercial leads: Identify potential customers through referrals, market contacts, and participation in industry events.
  • Commercial Tools: Use commercial tools and systems to track performance, forecast demand, and ensure structured follow-up on key accounts.
  • Budget Management: Participate in the budgeting process and be accountable for achieving commercial goals for assigned customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features and benefits, provide basic demonstrations, and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.

 

What you bring:

  • Education and Relevant Professional Experience: You have successfully completed your studies and gained professional experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in the plastics sector.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and customer-oriented skills
  • Proficiency in commercial tools and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of English will be positively valued.
