Position details

Reports to:  Country Manager

Purpose of the Role: Responsible for managing the end-to-end order process and supporting customers throughout their purchasing journey, ensuring smooth order handling, proactive issue resolution, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Opportunity
  • Manage customer orders from order entry to delivery and invoicing
  • Provide timely support to customers regarding orders, deliveries, product availability, and pricing
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer claims, returns, and issues, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer and order data in ERP and CRM systems
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer service and operational efficiency
Background
  • Post-secondary education in administrative, commercial, or logistics field
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in a customer service, order processing, or supply chain support role
  • Experience in a B2B or industrial environment is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP system
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
